This research is conducted on a rolling basis. The PI conducts policy analysis on the basis of country reports and integrates research findings on migration policy and other contextual ‘factors’ (history, socio-legal) into the findings on the legal research into exclusion. The result is a fuller understanding of ‘undeserving’ that underlies exclusion per country.
