In this project, the Principal Investigator (PI) will develop a system of Universal Juridiction (UJ) Allocation based on scholarship on subsidiarity, the principle of the ‘proper administration of justice’ and  the ICC system of complementarity. Research on the international duty to prosecute (link naar dat project) will feed into this project.
